LINYA LEGAL

Terms

These draft terms apply when you use Linya [ABN pending], including its website and document review workspace. They are awaiting legal review. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

The service

Linya helps teams run structured document review rounds. Project managers can share a document, invited reviewers can leave requests, and the team can record the outcome before moving to the next version. Linya is a collaboration tool; it does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

Accounts and review links

Keep your account details and any review link private. Do not share them with people who are not meant to access the project. If you believe a link or account has been compromised, let the project manager know promptly.

Your content

You are responsible for the documents, comments, and other material you add to Linya. Make sure you have the right to share it with the people you invite. You keep ownership of your content; you give us permission to store, process, and show it only as needed to operate the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, interfere with the service, access another person's project without permission, or upload harmful material. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep Linya available and reliable, but online services can have interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms as the service evolves. The current version will be published here. Australian law applies to these terms, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to you.
